The Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro is equipped with a reception service with qualified and multilingual staff, able to answer all information requests, relating to the history of San Gennaro, the Royal Chapel and the Treasure of the Patron Saint.

 Each visitor is provided with a modern and advanced multilingual audio guide in Italian, German, English, French and Spanish, easy to use, that accompanied him during the visit. The audio guide gives historical information and curiosity about the exibiths and are included in the ticket price. It is also possible to rent it with an integrated single ticket for the Royal Chapel of the Treasure.

In a large and elegant bookshop you can buy postcards, pictures, videos, CD-ROMs, DVDs, posters, books and objects relating to the cult of San Gennaro, art works in the Royal Chapel of the Treasury, but also concerning Naples and its ancient history. The multimedia section is another important feature. In fact, it are already made three documentaries directed by Paolo Jorio: one about the Royal Chapel of the Treasure, one about the life of the Saint and another about the ancient popular figure of the so-called “parenti” of San Gennaro, whose screenplay was written by Roberto De Simone.

The access to the museum and the toilet is facilitated for disabled people by remote controlled electric lifts.
